FinCap Invest, FinCap Property Development and Finhoiva Fund – managed by FinCap Property Funds – have sold a total of five care properties to SBB Finland. The total purchase price of the properties is € 15.7 million. The sites are located in Espoo, Vantaa, Kouvola, Kuopio and Seinäjoki and have a total of 73 beds. The deal also includes 17 residential apartments.

FinCap Group’s main business area is real estate development. The properties sold now largely represent the care facilities we have developed and renovated ourselves. I thank SBB for the smooth co-operation in terms of trade, and I believe that our co-operation will continue to bear fruit also in the future, says FinCap’s Partner Raoul Konnos. It has been great to be able to do business with FinCap and the properties now acquired complement SBB’s care portfolio perfectly. We thank FinCap’s professional team for their very good and smooth co-operation, says Arto Nummela, SBB’s Country Manager for Finland. FinCap has made care property transactions for approximately € 100 million over the past year, and the project development pipeline for new properties looks very promising, adds Petri Kotkansalo, CEO of FinCap.
