The first building will include 75 rental apartments for seniors by Nonna Group. The building will also feature restaurant and fitness facilities, as well as other communal spaces. An underground parking garage serving all the companies will be constructed beneath the building. The developing residential area of Maljalahti is located about one kilometer from the city center, on the shore of Lake Kallavesi near Kuopio Harbor.
